Lifeline Personal Response  System

When your family can't be together, Lifeline provides an instant connection to family, friends, neighbors, medical and safety needs, or  emergency response. When you touch your Personal Transmitter, a Lifeline staff member responds within seconds to offer a level of security that assures a sense of well being.

You may wonder if such a system is for you. These pages will answer you initial questions. It's really very simple.

The Lifeline Personal Response System includes a slim profile Personal Transmitter that you wear around the neck as a pendant or on your wrist as a bracelet. While wearing the Personal Transmitter, you can walk around your home and yard. And, of course, it is WATERPROOF so that you may wear it when you bathe or shower.

In Today's World, it is becoming increasingly important to protect ourselves and to protect those members of our family who live independently.

We all know that accidents can happen at any time to anyone, and that the sooner a person can be treated, the better the outcome will be. Every second counts. Whether or not you live alone, it may be difficult to call for help in an emergency. The Lifeline Personal Response System has been designed to be with you anytime you need it.

Another part is the Lifeline Response Center, which monitors your system 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The operators are trained to respond to any emergency, to offer reassurance,  and to dispatch help immediately if warranted. For your safety's sake, all of the Response Center's telephone and power sources have triple backup.

In an emergency, if you need help all you have to do is press the Personal Transmitter or the large red button on the Help Console to send a message to the Health Watch Response Center.

Within seconds, your name, address, and vital statistics (such as your health status, blood type, allergic reactions, etc.) will be displayed on the computer screen at the Lifeline Response Center.  In addition to your vital statistics, the names of neighbors, friends or relatives as well as your doctor, hospital and emergency personnel are listed.

When your signal is received, the trained operators will talk to you through the Help Console.  Even if you cannot answer, the Response Center will send assistance.
